4. How to choose which cryptocurrency to use?

Main options for payment:

– BTC (Bitcoin):
– The most well-known and widely used cryptocurrency, but can have high commissions and strong exchange rate fluctuations.
– If you need to pay, for example, 1000 US$, we recommend buying slightly more (e.g. 1050 US$) to cover possible volatility and network commissions.

– LTC (Lightcoin):
– Also volatile, but usually has lower fees and faster transaction processing than BTC.
– Many users love it for its convenience and speed of transactions.

– USDT (Tether):
– A stable token pegged roughly 1:1 to the US dollar, avoiding the volatility of traditional cryptocurrency exchange rates.
– Issued on different networks (TRC20 based on Tron, ERC20 based on Ethereum, etc.).
– Important: to send USDT you will need ‘fuel coins’ – TRX or ETH (depending on your choice of network) to pay the blockchain fees.
– On exchanges these commissions are usually held in USDT, but in cold wallets (like Exodus) you will have to top up your balance with network coins separately.
