5. How to buy cryptocurrency?

• Register on one of the popular cryptocurrency exchanges (Binance, Bybit, Kraken, etc.).
• Complete the verification (KYC) process if required. The time it takes and the complexity can vary depending on the platform and your country.
• If direct purchases are allowed in your region, you can buy cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, etc.) directly with a bank card or via a bank transfer by linking your card to the exchange and paying the desired amount.
• Once you have purchased cryptocurrency on the exchange, it will appear in your exchange wallet. There, you can also obtain the address of this wallet (for example, a BTC or USDT address).
– This address will be useful for further transactions, for instance, if you need to receive funds from a third-party service or another individual.
– Note that the security of an exchange wallet depends on the exchange itself (it holds your private keys). For long-term, secure storage, it may be more convenient to use your own “cold” wallet.

5.2. Using P2P (Peer-to-Peer) Services on the Exchange

• If your exchange does not allow you to buy crypto directly with fiat or has set limits/restrictions, try the built-in P2P service.
• Popular options include:

– Bybit P2P (https://www.bybit.com/en/fiat/trade/otc/buy/USDT/USD)
• The essence of P2P trading: you buy cryptocurrency directly from other users, choosing a convenient payment method (e.g., bank card, e-wallets, etc.).
• After a successful transaction, the purchased cryptocurrency will appear in your exchange account, from where you can transfer it to your “cold” wallet (or use it to pay for goods/services directly, if this does not violate the platform’s rules).

5.3. Buying Through Independent Online Exchangers (BestChange)

If you:
– Do not wish to use an exchange or its services;

– Have no way to deposit fiat directly;
