Licence validity period

At this stage of EASY Bots development, we’ve settled on a license valid for 1 year. In the future, we may offer different durations, but right now the annual model seems to be the most balanced and mutually beneficial solution—both for us and for our users.

Why 1 Year? 🤔

An Adaptive Ecosystem Requires Constant Support
We train our AI model, optimize strategies, analyze trading results, and rent expensive server equipment (our “strategy toaster” with 1024 cores)—all of which costs a significant amount of money. An annual license provides a stable flow of resources to keep the technology from “burning out” and ensures it remains up-to-date.
Flexibility in Updates
As mentioned before, the market changes very quickly. To prevent the bot from going “stale,” our AI model loads new patterns and generates relevant .set files, all tested on real trading accounts. We moved away from the “buy once—forget forever” format long ago: you can have a “lifetime” license, but without regular updates, it won’t align with real market conditions.
Convenient Payback Period
Results from backtests and real-account stats show that, with proper deposit management, many users recoup the bot’s cost within the first few months. The rest of the license period translates to pure profit. If, for any reason, you don’t recover your purchase cost within a year, we’ll extend the license at no extra charge. Our goal is to make trading profitable and comfortable for you.

What Was There Before and How Did We End Up With a “1 Year” Format? 🔄

Back in 2023, we had “Lifetime” versions and various subscription plans (6 or 12 months). In 2025, our project is experiencing a phase of rapid launch and testing of our trading strategy. The results show enormous potential, while we, as developers, see all the real-world “pain points” that weren’t predictable before launch. We also have a huge list of ideas for further improvements. So, we’re not particularly interested in deep “pricing/license calculator” discussions right now—we keep it simple: all versions (Global, Major, Cross, etc.) are provided with a 1-year license, differing only by the number of available accounts and supported instruments.

We realized that continual server rentals and ongoing robot development simply can’t be sustained at the highest level without steady funding. That’s why we moved away from lifetime licenses and convoluted mini-periods, opting for a unified yearly license model.

BONUS: Free Extension if You Don’t Profit 💸

We fully understand that even the best AI algorithms can hit a rough patch in the market or for a particular trader. That’s why we follow this simple rule:

If, for whatever reason, you haven’t recovered the cost of your license within a year, we’ll extend your access at no extra charge until you’re in profit.

Our priority is to ensure the license genuinely delivers value, not just more empty promises.

With each new version of our robots, we add functionality to the .setAnalyze ecosystem, enhance the AI model, and maintain VPS servers. All of these features remain accessible as long as you hold an active license—at no extra cost.
