How It Works
The Ichimoku Trend Finder scans the price and cloud (Kumo) by default. If the price is above the cloud, it indicates an uptrend with a โlight greenโ color, while a price below the cloud turns the dashboard cell โlight red,โ indicating a possible downtrend. When the price is inside the cloud, the dashboard cell color remains โgray,โ indicating no trend.
Additionally, there are 8 classic Ichimoku trend filters that can be enabled or disabled in the settings. When these conditions are met, the dashboard cell turns โdeep greenโ or โdeep red,โ providing further confirmation of the trend.
Dashboard Buttons
The dashboard buttons allow traders to open the symbol and timeframe of the signal on the current chart by simply clicking on the signal. Furthermore, traders can choose between 6 different information options to display on the dashboard buttons, including Cloud Height, Price to Cloud Distance, Price vs Cloud Cross Age, Price to Kijun-sen Distance, RSI Value, and Stochastic Value.
